We do not accept returns for any custom gowns. 

We do have 14 days money back guarantee for standard size order. If you are not satisfy with the quality and size. 

Refund would subject to $45 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.

Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee. 

Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.

Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box. 

All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of ARN. 

Refund only after the return package is received. 

No exchange to another size because you are required to MEASURE YOURSELF with a TAPE MEASURE before you order.

Please provide your measurements and special require by our measurements guide exactly, that's very important.
